This column correlates input variables. The number must reference a value in the Order column. When a dependent number is entered, and variables are determined to be correlated in a given iteration, the probability value used in the random sample establishing the distribution of inputs is the same for this line as for the line referenced by the dependent number. References can be backward only: they must point to a record with an Order value lower than the current record. References may be any number of levels deep (that is a variable may be dependent on a second variable which is in turn dependent on a third variable). References cannot be circular (a variable can not be dependent on a second variable which is directly or indirectly dependent on the variable). A blank or non-positive value denotes that the distribution for this variable should be independent of all other variables.
