Unused_Resource_Energy Column
For conversions that have Input_Type = Resource, this reports the resource energy in MWh that was used for the conversion but did not contribute to serve load. The value is only positive when there is an oversupply of generation serving electric load but the resource still needs to run for purposes of the conversion.
