ID_1 Column

This is the descriptor column for the general category of information in the record.  Categories include:

• Insufficient Res (Output Level > 0)
  Information pertaining to the ability to meet the planning reserve margin (PRM).  This will be written only for zones or pools that are short capacity to meet the target.

• InitBal (Output Level > 0)
  Information pertaining to the initial capacity balancing done at the beginning of a long-term study.

• Iteration Summary (Output Level > 0)
  Summary information for capacity balancing and capacity pricing for the iteration.

• EPriceRegr (Output Level > 1)
  Information pertaining to internal regression analysis done for smoothing of the intra-iteration zone annual energy prices.

• MargRes ValStream (Output Level > 1)
  Information pertaining to the economics associated with the resource currently identified as supplying marginal capacity to a zone.

• CapPriceAdjust (Output Level > 1)
  Information pertaining to the annual adjustments made to zone capacity prices.
