Shift_Factor Column
The ratio of an injection amount (with generation as positive values) at the Injection_Bus which will flow on the specified Transmission_Element. A positive Shift_Factor indicates incremental flow for a positive injection is in the direction of FromBus -> ToBus. A negative Shift_Factor indicates incremental flow for an injection is in the opposite direction, i.e. ToBus -> FromBus.
