Element_Shadow Column
This column reports the shadow price of the element as identified in the Element_Name column. It defines the elements with congestion that impact the LMP of the bus in question. Mathematically, the shadow price is used as below:
Contribution_to_LMP = Element_Shadow * Shift_Factor
