Dispatch_Hour Column

Reports the dispatch hour for the corresponding message.

This column will use the following format structure:

Hourly       yyyy_mm_dd Hr hh

Daily         yyyy_mm_dd

Monthly     yyyy_mm

Yearly       yyyy

Study        Null

This format will ensure that a sort on the field will maintain chronological order.
