This value represents the level of adjustment in a specific risk iteration to the base value for the targeted variable(s) for the record’s relevant time period. The risk factor is added to 1 and multiplied by the base value for the variable which is derived from the standard input stream.
NOTE: This is not the actual observed value for the variable, but when added to one, is the ratio of the observed value to the base value. The actual observed values for variables of interest are written to the standard output tables for each risk iteration, and the full distribution of outcomes for an individual variable/time period combination can be accessed in those tables.
