The average demand for the time period, including DSM/Conservation patterns.
Demand = Baseline_Demand - Conservation_Output - Load_Control_Output – Load_Control_Output – Storage_Output, where the Storage_Output is the total storage output from storage resources which are in a Storage Group with Report As Demand = True.
