Thermal_Output Column
Units = Average MW
The average total non-hydro output for the zone for the given time period. The sum of this column and the Hydro_Output column equal the average total output of all resources for the zone for the given time period. A resource is defined as thermal if it is not a hydro, storage, DSM, demand curtailment, or RPS-flagged resource.
