Competition Start Cost Mark-up Production Bands is a parameter of the Start Cost Mark-up feature. It defines how many bands the total Generator Generation is divided into across each period of time defined by the Start Cost Mark-up Window. The higher the number of bands, the finer graduation is given to the mark-ups, but the larger the required mathematical formulation.
