Facility Build Cost Multiplier sets the unit for the input Build Cost. This option can take these values:

None (value = 0)

The Build Cost is the total cost and should be read verbatim

Production Capacity (value = 1)

The Build Cost is defined in units of currency per unit of production capacity i.e. the input value will be multiplied by the Max Operating Level.
