Generator Flexibility Up is the 'raw' amount of additional Generation that could be provided given the current commitment state and ignoring Max Ramp Up.

Note that this property is calculated by considering the units as an aggregation (not the unit-by-unit approach).

This property is calculated by the following formula:

Flexibility Up = MAX(0, Available Capacity_t - Generation_t - RawRampUp)

where:

RawRampUp = MAX(0, Generation_t - Generation_t-1)
