Description:	Number of blocks (time periods) modelled after the hanging branch begins.

Global Hanging Branches Block Count limits the Number of blocks (time periods) modelled after the hanging branch begins. By default (-1), this is set to the number of weeks or months in a year depending on the Tree stage type and LDCType, so one block per LDC will be formulated for hanging branches. To achieve a faster performance, user could set it to 3 (2 or 1) for example that after the third (second, first) stage, the remaining periods will be formulated in one block.
