Interface Min Flow as an input sets a lower bound on the net flow on the interface (i.e. for net flow in the reverse reference direction). This limit can be made soft by setting the Limit Penalty property.
As an output by interval Min Flow repeats the input value, but in summary data it reports the minimum value of Flow in the summary period (day, week, month, year).
