Node Allow Dump Energy gives finer resolution to the simulation setting Transmission Allow Dump Energy. It can take these values:

Dump Energy is allowed at the Node if the simulation setting is also enabled.

No (value = 0)

Dump Energy is not allowed at the Node

The primary purpose of this property is to give finer control over the size of the mathematical program by allowing to you limit the number of dump energy terms in the problem.
