Zone LRMC is the long-run marginal cost of production as calculated by LT Plan. It is defined as:

∑ ( Generator Pool Revenue + Capacity Payments ) / Load

This number represents the true cost of serving the load taking into account the cost of expansion as well as the cost of production.
