Battery Discharging VO&M Charge is the variable operation and maintenance charge for Discharging. In particular, it is the additional VO&M charge which is combined with the Battery VO&M Charge, while the battery is discharging. If the Battery VO&M Charge is not provided, then only Discharging VO&M Charge applies to the gross amount of discharging.
