Reserve Dynamic Risk toggles on/off consideration of dynamic risk in the ancillary services co-optimization. With this switch toggled on, the Risk for each class of reserve considers the maximum of Generation from the Generators listed in the Generator Contingencies collection, and the maximum of Flow on the Lines listed in the Line Contingencies collection. Note that the contribution of Flow to the risk is determined by the properties Flow Forward Coefficient and Flow Back Coefficient.
