Zone Dispatchable Capacity is the total on-line generation capacity and is defined as:

Dispatchable Capacity = ∑ ( i ∈ Generators ) ( Generation Participation Factor_i × Dispatchable Capacity_i )

This is the total generation capacity on-line in the Zone based on the Unit Commitment solution.
