Zone Undispatched Capacity is part of the Dispatchable Capacity that is undispatched, and is defined as:

Undispatched Capacity = ∑ ( i ∈ Generators ) ( Generation Participation Factor_i × Undispatched Capacity_i )

This is the total capacity on-line but not dispatched in the Zone based on the Unit Commitment and generation solution.
