Type Column
Column Type = Text
This column defines the type of ancillary service product. There are two types:

Up is for reserve capability that can be ramped up quickly (it needs to be online or a fast-start unit). The model will seek to hold back generation so there is sufficient capability to ramp up quickly.

Down is for online generation that can be backed off quickly. The model will seek to have enough generation online for sufficient capability to back down if necessary.
Of the four most common products in modeling:
- Spin
- NonSpin
- RegUp = Up
- RegDown = Down
