Limit Column
Column Type = Text
This column contains the constraint limit for the record. The Limit Units column defines the units.
NOTE: To turn off a constraint for a given year, use an input value of -1. Blank/NULL values in the Limit column are ignored and will be non-binding.
NOTE: Specify time series inputs annually or monthly. For information on specifying a time series for a variable, see Entering a Time Series.
