Net Import Emission Rate Column

The optional Net Import Emission Rate column is only used when Constraint Type = Emission or Emission Rate and is used together with the Net Import Zones column to specify an emission rate on the net imports for the region that constitutes the set of zones.
Use this column to input an emission rate on the flow in tons/MWh, for which Aurora will account for the emissions on net imports based upon the Net Import Emission Rate when the net import is positive for a given hour. No emission rate will be applied if the net imports are negative. The total contribution of the net imports to the observed emissions for the constraint is reported in the Chrono_Link_Contribution column of the Constraint_Summary output table.
