Relaxation Cost

This is an optional column to input the desired cost for relaxing the constraint.
There are three modes:
- Blank/Null: (default) Aurora uses a default relaxation price
- Nonnegative numeric input: User-defined cost for violation will be used
- Negative numeric input: No relaxation will be allowed
NOTE: This value is only used in the chronological portion of the constrained dispatch run and is not applicable when using the Shadow Adder Chronological Method.
