This column specifies the number of periods before the current period that the coefficient represents. For example, a value of 1 means that the variable for the period before the current period will be used.
NOTE: The input must be a non-negative integer, and time series are not allowed. The value should also be less than the number of time periods in each solve.
For example, to put a limit on the change in flow from one hour to the next on a zonal link, the same variable would be referenced twice with Period Offset values of 0 and 1, as shown in this example:
This shows that the constraints limit the Zone Net Flow from Zone1 to Zone 2 for the current hour (first line) minus the same for the previous hour (second line).
Aurora sees that the previous hour is used in the second row because the Period Offset is 1.
