Electricity Price Table

The Electricity Price table includes a forecast of electric prices by database area, which is useful for portfolio or resource analysis with forward electric prices rather than Aurora forecast electric prices. Typically, the prices are input monthly and can be given hourly shapes using the Shape and Month columns. Alternatively, the prices can also be input hourly or sub-hourly using the Hourly Price Vector column.

NOTE: To use this feature, select the Use input prices check box located in the Logic folder under Simulation Options.
