Always Exclude From Dispatch Column

This column works in conjunction with the global setting Include Emission Cost in Dispatch in the Dispatch and Demand page. When the global Include Emission Cost in Dispatch is checked, and the Always Exclude From Dispatch column is set to True for a particular emission, the cost from that emission will NOT be included in the optimization. If the global setting is not checked, no emission costs will be included in the dispatch.
