Intensity Baseline Column

This column specifies a baseline to adjust the emission cost in Ton/MWh (or defined emission quantity/MWh). The intensity baseline is multiplied by the emission price and subtracted from the emission cost.
NOTE: Emission costs may go negative when this input is used.
