Dump Cost Column

The optional Dump Cost column specifies a cost for not using some of the process's output. The default value is 1000, but for some conversions, it may make sense to have a value of zero.
NOTE: Specify inputs for any time period (annually, monthly, weekly, hourly, or sub-hourly). For information on specifying a variable's time series, see Entering a Time Series.
