Operating Hourly Min Column

The Operating Hourly Min column is used to define the input minimum value needed for the conversion to take place if operating above zero (it can operate at zero, but not between zero and this minimum value).
NOTE: Specify inputs for any time period (annually, monthly, weekly, hourly, or sub-hourly). For information on specifying a variable's time series, see Entering a Time Series.
