Availability Column

The Availability column determines whether the converter is available for the hour. Enter a value of 0 or 1, with zero making the converter unavailable and one (1) making it available in the hour.
NOTE: Specify inputs for any time period (annually, monthly, weekly, hourly, or sub-hourly). For information on specifying a variable's time series, see Entering a Time Series.
