Relaxation Cost Column
Column Type = Integer
This optional column defines the price for the relaxation of Energy Conversion constraints in the optimization.
There are three modes:
- Blank/NULL: (default) Aurora will use a relaxation costs of 1000000.0
- Non-negative numeric input: User-specified cost for violating the constraint
- Negative numeric input: Aurora does not allow the relaxation of the constraints
NOTE: Specify inputs for any time period (annually, monthly, weekly, hourly, or sub-hourly). For information on specifying a variable's time series, see Entering a Time Series.
