Fuel Constraint ID Column
Column Type = Text
This column references the Set ID column of the Constraint table. When specified, it should reference a constraint with Constraint Type = Fuel Min/Fuel Max. All resources which reference the fuel directly or indirectly will be associated with the constraint.
