This optional column specifies the levelized capital carrying rate (LCCR) that calculates a unit's annual build cost. The final cost is calculated as LCCR * Build Cost * Nameplate Capacity (in kW) and will be accrued on an hourly basis for use in short-term or long-term studies. The final calculated cost is reported in the Build_Cost Output Column.
