Min Down Time Column

The Min Down Time column allows the user to specify the minimum number of hours a resource is not available to serve load. The Min Down Time is ignored if Non Cycling is zero.
NOTE: Aurora will default to a value of 8 if the record is zero or NULL/blank.
NOTE: If the FUEL reference is specified for this variable, the value in the Fuel table will be applied.
