Second Fuel Column

The Second Fuel column allows the user to specify a secondary fuel type to use for a resource. If this field is non-zero the model will use the fuel that has the lowest total cost, inclusive of emissions and fuel limits.
Secondary fuel usage is standard output in the Resource Output table. If the secondary fuel type is being used, it will be reported here.
NOTE: New Resources do not use a second fuel during capacity expansion runs.
