REM Columns are "Remark" Columns included for the user's information. The information in this column is not used internally by the model. The zREM NERC column refers to the NERC Region for which the fuel applies.
The "z" was added to the beginning of all REM columns to make the alphabetized Go to Column command more user-friendly.
