This optional column is used to specify the levelized capital carrying rate (LCCR) used to calculate a build cost that the unit will incur each year. The final cost is calculated as LCCR * Build Cost * Nameplate Capacity (in kW), and will be accrued on an hourly basis for use in short term or long term studies. The final calculated cost is reported in the Build_Cost Output Column.

 NOTE: If the FUEL reference is specified for this variable the value in the Fuel Table will be applied.
