The Second Fuel Multiplier column allows the user to assign a multiplier to the fuel price for a resource when a second fuel is being used.
The final Second Fuel Price = Second Fuel Multiplier * (Second Fuel Price + Second Fuel Adder).
NOTE: If the column does not exist in the table or the value is a null (no value) the multiplier will default to one (1).
NOTE: Specify inputs for any time period (annually, monthly, weekly, hourly, or sub-hourly). For information on specifying a variable's time series, see Entering a Time Series.
