Percentile Column
Column Type = Single

The Percentile column is used to specify a percentile which is applied to an area's economic resource stack. The percentile determines the input premium that is applied to the resource based on the percentile (position) of the resource in the zones economic dispatch stack. The user must only specify the percentile points where a linear change occurs.

The first (1) percentile is the top (most expensive) position in the economic dispatch stack.

Generally using Integer values for the Percentile column is sufficient.  This provides 100 levels for the ORM data.

For further granularity, though, up to two decimal places is allowed.  If at least one input in this column has exactly one decimal place specified (and none have two decimal places specified), the model will use 1000 different levels of granularity and the linear interpolation between non-specified levels will be based on that.  If at least one input has two non-zero decimal places, the model will use 10,000 different levels of granularity.  Any inputs with more than two decimal places specified will be rounded to two decimal places.
