Column Type = MW
This optional column represents a $/MW price that will be used if online reserves are less than or equal to the specified floor value and the online reserve price adder is less than the floor price.
NOTE: Inputs can be specified for any time period (annual, monthly, weekly, hourly or sub-hourly). For information on how to specify a time series for a variable, see Entering a Time Series.
