Report All Spin Column

This optional column determines whether Aurora reports all available spinning or only reports the spinning up to the input Spin Requirement. A value of 1 or True will tell the model that all resources which can provide spinning in the current hour will report the total spin available.
A resource can provide spinning if it is currently outputting and has unused capability, or if it is marked as Fast Start For Spin. Note that Pool Unit-Commitment Method must be set to true for this column to have any meaning.
