Reserve Sharing Column

When this option is set to TRUE, an hourly operating reserve obligation for the pool will be calculated based on the combined demand for all zones within the pool, and the set of combined pool resources will be used to determine the economic set held out of the dispatch to satisfy operating reserve constraints. When TRUE, the reserve requirement will be based on the Pool Operating Reserve Requirement in this table. If this option is set to FALSE, reserve calculations will be performed at the zone level, with the reserve requirement specified for the zone.
