This optional column is used to define the price for the relaxation of spinning reserve constraints in the optimization. There are three modes:
Blank/NULL: (default) Aurora determines the relaxation price dynamically based on the resource costs.
Nonnegative numeric input: User-specified cost for violating the constraint.
Negative numeric input: Aurora allows the relaxation of the constraints, unless the problem is infeasible in which case the relaxation is allowed at a very high cost.
NOTE: Specify inputs for any time period (annually, monthly, weekly, hourly, or sub-hourly). For information on specifying a variable's time series, see Entering a Time Series.
