System Peak Months Column

This optional column enhances the ability to use the system's peak hour for the reserve margin calculations and contains a comma-delimited list of months. It is utilized when the Use System Peak column is set to True.
For example, to build to meet the system summer peak, enter “6,7,8,9” in this column. The model then finds the system peak within those four months to get the date for which the reserve margins would be met. If this column is NULL/blank or no valid month is specified, the model will default to finding the peak for all 12 months.
