The optional Year column is used to enter multiple records with the same ID for differing years without having to use the Time Series Annual table as a go-thru for referencing. If no Year column is specified, or only one year is specified, Aurora uses the single record for all years. If a Year column is specified, Aurora finds the row to use for the current year in the following manner:
If the year it is looking for is directly defined in the Time Series Monthly table, it uses the row for that record.
If the year it is looking for is not directly defined but one or more rows exist with Year values smaller than the current year, it will use the row with the largest Year value that is less than the year being searched for.
If no Year input exists before or in the current year, the model uses the row with blank/NULL if it exists or, if not, the row with smallest Year value.
