Reliability Share Column (Optional)

This column is used in conjunction with the Reliability Area column. It defines the portion of a unit available to the pool to meet reliability criteria under the pool based commitment algorithm. Input in percent, default value = 100%. Conforms to all time series criteria.
NOTE: This optional column is only used in conjunction with the reliability based pool commitment logic. Use of this column affects only the unit-commitment decision pattern, it will not affect how a unit runs once a commitment decision has been made and the unit is available for dispatch.
