Commit Price Column

The average price (over the minimum up time) that has been pre-forecast for the unit and is used in comparing to the units dispatch cost to determine if the unit should be committed. If the unit is currently running and has run for more hours than the minimum uptime, then AURORA makes two comparisons: one to this commit price and the other to current prices (price at the last hour). If either comparison looks good, then the unit continues running.
