Hub Definitions Table

The Hub Definitions table is used to enable Hub reporting options.  Hubs can be defined by LoadFlow AreaName, Bus Number, or Filter Sets.  When using LoadFlow Areas, there is an additional feature to apply a filter (threshold) to the buses within the area.
