NonConforming Load Additive Column

Column Type = Boolean

This column defines whether the value specified in the NonConforming Load column is added to the base load or used to replace the load at the bus.

For example, when Nonconforming Load Additive is True, the non-conforming bus load is treated exclusively of the aggregate area demand that is allocated to loadflow area buses.  So, if load from the zonal data passed through to an aggregate area is 10,000 MW and the additive non-conforming load for all buses in the aggregate area is 50 MW, the total load for all buses in the aggregate area will equal 10,050 MW (excluding adjustment for unmapped and equivalenced generation).

NOTE: This column and the NonConforming Load Net of Zonal Load column cannot both be set to True.  For cases where both fields are True, NonConforming Load Additive takes precedence.
